The Manchester Community Resource Center opened its doors in October, 1998.  Built to serve the center city of Manchester, a federally-designated Enterprise Community, the Manchester Community Resource Center soon gained a reputation for meeting the needs of the community through innovative program development and specialized services.  

The Manchester Community Resource Center, better known as MCRC, is incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit agency, governed by the MCRC Board of Directors.
